Our Return Policy

Please email orders(at)doeadeerdesign.com to request an approval for a return.

Unopened, Non-Damaged products will be eligible for store credit if returned within 15 days of purchase.  **ALL Sale Items are FINAL SALE and are NOT eligible for return. 

Proof of purchase must be provided in the form of a receipt or gift receipt. Please include a photo of your receipt or the order number in your email.

Once you receive email approval, returns as well as the original packing slip, should be mailed to:

Once items are received, store credit will be issued in the form of a gift card, which will be emailed to the email address we have on file.
